BNFTS is a newly built integrative clinic opening in the heart of Yaletown, seeking a motivated and collaborative Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our founding team.
This is an opportunity to build your practice. Practitioners joining BNFTS at this stage will be part of the founding team of a clinic intentionally designed around clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long-term practitioner success.
Our founding team has spent years building practitioner communities and referral relationships across Vancouver. That infrastructure translates into strong patient demand and internal referrals from day one.
The Clinic:
BNFTS is a purpose-built clinical space designed by an award-winning architecture firm, because the environment practitioners work in directly shapes the quality of care they deliver.
The clinic includes:
- Seven private treatment rooms designed for consultations and treatments.
- A dedicated physiotherapy treatment area.
- A private movement and rehabilitation studio.
- An IV therapy lounge.
- A collaborative team of physiotherapists and registered massage therapists.
The clinic is located in Yaletown, one of Vancouver’s most accessible and health-conscious neighborhoods, with a strong professional patient demographic.
The Role of Naturopathic Medicine at BNFTS:
- Naturopathic medicine will be a central pillar of the clinic’s preventative and longevity-focused care model.
- We are building a practice where naturopathic physicians help guide patients through structured treatment pathways, rather than isolated appointments. This includes areas such as:
- IV therapy and injection-based treatments.
- Longevity and preventative health protocols.
- Metabolic and hormonal optimization.
- Integrative treatment plans coordinated with physiotherapy and massage therapy.
The naturopathic doctor joining BNFTS will have the opportunity to help shape these programs and develop signature treatment protocols that become a core part of the clinic’s identity.
The clinic will support naturopathic practice with Fullscript integration for supplement prescribing, along with a curated in-clinic dispensary for key products.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor who wants to build a strong clinical practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Specifically, someone who:
- Is a Naturopathic Doctor licensed and in good standing with the CCHPBC.
- Has an interest in preventative medicine, metabolic health, and longevity-focused care.
- Is experienced with or interested in IV therapy and injection-based treatments.
- Values genuine collaboration within a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Is motivated to build and grow their practice within a supportive team environment.

Compensation:
Competitive percentage split on billings. Typical annual earnings range approximately $90,000–$220,000+, depending on schedule, patient volume, and practitioner caseload.
